Terms & Conditions

1) Lesson Bookings

• All driving lessons must be booked in advance.

• Full payment is required before or at the start of each lesson.

• Lesson duration starts from the scheduled booking time.

2) Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Minimum 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged 100% of the lesson fee.

• If the student is not present at the pickup location, the lesson may be marked as completed.

3) Refund Policy

• No refunds for completed lessons.

• Packages are non-refundable but may be transferable (with approval).

• Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.

4) Student Responsibilities

Students must:

• Carry a valid learner/provisional licence during lessons.

• Follow instructor directions at all times.

• Inform the instructor about any medical condition that may affect driving.

• Maintain respectful behaviour.

5) Instructor Rights

CoCo Driving School reserves the right to:

• Refuse service for unsafe behaviour or abuse.

• End the lesson early if the student is under the influence of drugs/alcohol or driving becomes unsafe.

• Charge full lesson fee if the lesson ends due to student misconduct.

6) Safety & Weather Conditions

• Lessons may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, etc.).

• Safety is always the first priority.

7) Vehicle Damage / Traffic Fines

• Any traffic fines during the lesson due to student actions may be the responsibility of the student.

• If any damage occurs due to reckless driving or negligence, the student may be liable.

8) Privacy Policy

• Student details are kept confidential and are used only for bookings and communication.

• We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.
